SUNDAYS AT 10:30 AM

SUNDAY MORNINGS

Here you can get a feel for what a typical Sunday morning will look like. We hope you will visit soon!

Come a little early and grab some coffee and get ready for a great day! We are a casual dress church, so come as you are. When you arrive you will be greeted by our hospitality team who will offer any guidance that you may need. The children's workers will be in their classes at 10:15 AM to greet and settle the children.

Our band kicks off worship at 10:30 AM. They seek to lead us into a genuine experience with the presence of God. The main message of the morning will usually given by our Pastor, Glenn Holland. His messages tend to be direct, Biblical, current, fun, and engaging.  Expect the meeting to last about 90 minutes - although there will be exceptions.

Except on rare occasions, no offering will be collected during the service. There is an offering box in the back of the church near the double doors. Online giving is available.

FAQs

  • Yes!

Because we are focused so heavily on outreach to our young adults community in Corpus Christi, and because of our many campus outreaches, we have often felt that we are already in "missions mode."

We have begun to establish short term mission trips to an orphanage in Mexico. Be on the lookout for our next mission trip! Learn more here.

  • "The Net" works on two levels.

First it works on a modern technological level. The net is a means of connectivity.

Second, it works on a Biblical level. Biblically it is a means of catching fish.

The church is in essence a "net." A net is a trap used by fisherman to catch fish. A net is also a weave of interconnecting ropes which to us expresses the church's community and body life. We believe that It is from this rich healthy community that an effective environment for discipleship occurs.

  • Our belief is that when believers understand their Biblical responsibility to tithe and support their local church financially, they do not have to be pressed to give every meeting. We have discovered that the ministry has been well funded with this approach.

Is it possible that we could bring in more money if we passed the plate? Yes it is possible, however for the sake of reaching people, we are willing to take that risk. One of the most common objections of the unchurched about churches today is their impression that the churches are all about getting money.

  • There are three ways to donate to the Net.

Give by cash or check in the offering box on Sunday or Thursday night.

You can give online via your own bank's bill pay system. These are usually very easy to set up and are very low cost and can be set up to trigger automatically.

Third, you can give through our "Give" page on our website. Just account for the additional online charge used to process your tithe/offering.
